Public and press are welcome to attend.

Fifteen minutes are allocated if needed prior to meeting for members of the public to ask questions or make short statements to the council.

To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011

  1. Draft notes of the meeting held November 2020:- Resolution to adopt as minutes.
  2. To receive reports from District and County Councillors
  3. Hall gardens and carpark areas – Cllr Paula Cooper
  4. Speed indicators – Cllr John Wood - update
  5. Defibrillators – to agree to tender for price for fixing at the three locations already determined – Hall,
  6.  Planning – S/096/01826/20 properties on Gipsey Drove full permission granted
  7. Finance resolution for payments

HMRC Oct /Nov £83.20

Hall expenses – Water in credit– electricity £24.56

  1. Community Fibre application update: September 2021 is latest completion date for this – Open reach have closed applications for this service due to rising costs; we are one of the last to benefit from the vouchers scheme.
  2. Thank you from St Margaret’s Church for donation.
  3. Community payback work is on hold again at the moment – the team will be back as soon as allowed.

 March 8th

March meeting would normally incorporate Annual Parish meeting; this can be done via Zoom but it may be more beneficial to wait to see if we can have an actual meeting in April or May – people are more likely to attend?
