Public and press are welcome to attend.
Fifteen minutes are allocated if needed prior to meeting for members of the public to ask questions or make short statements to the council.

To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011
5. Draft notes of the meeting held September 2020:- Resolution to adopt as minutes.
6. Speed indicators – start up date for use if required
7. Community Fibre application update: all signed up Openreach have committed to the build no fixed date as yet. All costs were covered by the government vouchers.
8. Armtree Road Junction – accident, pole replaced by BT but signs wiped out again on Armtree Road and the give way sign. The lamp pole has been installed on the opposite corner but still not working.
