You are hereby summoned to a meeting of the council which will be held at Langrick Village Hall
Tuesday 14th March 7pm Public and press are welcome to attend.
Fifteen minutes are allocated if needed prior to meeting for members of the public to ask questions or make short statements to council. Rebecca Kendrick.

3. Draft notes November 2nd 2022 previously distributed to Councillors - resolution to adopt as minutes.
4. Reports from District Cllrs Tom Ashton / Neil Jones and Lincolnshire County Cllr Tom Ashton.
5. Finance – resolution for payments shown to date – Salary January, February, £308.14 £308.14 B.Kendrick, Hall purchases £94.37, Tables purchase £900, Fire Extinguisher £57.50, Green Bin Purchase £77,St Margarets Church £200, Defibrilater pad purchase £32.48, January, February Hall Water £5 £5, January, February Hall Electric £59.31, £??, Lawn landscaping £900
6. Langrick Hall heaters – to discuss the long term cost effectiveness of the heaters in the hall /gand consider an alternative.
7. N ypl[yypohojewsletter - Discussion of re-introducing the making and distribution of Langrick newsletter.
8. Clerk additional hours – any additional hours worked to be paid for, including hall garden maintenance. Increase in hall bookings has increased work load.
9. Langrick hall equipment and current policy – consider small price increase due to rising energy costs, suggestions? Adopt new hall rental policy, make suitable amendments. Hall equipment such as new hoover required, current one of no use.
10. Frequency of parish meetings – Can this be increased? More frequent meetings.
11. Grit Bins – Location of parish grit bins, Maintenance, who is responsible for it.
12. Planning – no planning received since previous meeting.
13. Speed indicators Report from councillor Wood. – any update from Road Safety Partnership.
14. Clerks report on any correspondence not covered above.
