You are hereby summoned to a meeting of the council which will be held at Langrick Village Hall
Tuesday, November 21st 2023 7pm Public and press are welcome to attend.
Fifteen minutes are allocated if needed prior to meeting for members of the public to ask questions or make short statements to council.

3. Draft notes September 5th 2023 previously distributed to Councillors - resolution to adopt as minutes.
4. Reports from District Cllrs Tom Ashton / Neil Jones and Lincolnshire County Cllr Tom Ashton.

6. Flood prevention & sand bags – to discuss the future flood prevention options and discuss the replacement of current damaged sand bags.
7. Christmas Tree and updated decorations – to discuss the purchase of a real Christmas tree for the hall for use outdoor, and new festive decorations for the hall.
8. Speed indicators – Cllr Perryman to discuss recent finding from the speed indicators since last meeting.
Proposed survey of the residents of Meer Booth Rd to address issues of house vibration and cracking due to traffic on the said road and speed of traffic proceeding through the area as raised by Adam Bannister. Review a draft copy of the proposed survey produced by Cllr Perryman.
